Return Policy

After receiving the product, you have 30 days to request a return. We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is undamaged and free from stains.
  • The product is unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, please contact our customer service department at info@dcter-studio.com and provide an unboxing video and detailed pictures of the product to assess its condition. We will provide the most specific resolution based on your situation.

In the following cases, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees (to the customer's address and back to our warehouse):

  • The customer is not required to pay import taxes in your country.
  • The package is unclaimed.
  • The address provided is incorrect.
  • The customer did not provide the necessary documentation for the destination country.

Therefore, you should carefully consider "Should I return the item?" as international shipping fees are a cost to consider.

Returning Unwanted Items:

The item must be in a new condition, including all parts, precisely packaged in the manufacturer's packaging, and the outer packaging must not be damaged. Opened "blister packaging," "blister card," or sealed "blind box" products should not be opened without cutting or damaging the packaging, and the return seal must remain intact. Second-hand products and lucky bag contents are also non-refundable.

If the following requirements are met, we will allow the return and provide a full refund of your purchase price upon receiving the returned item. However, we cannot refund the original shipping fee or any return shipping fees.

Returning Damaged or Defective Items:

Damaged or defective products must be returned to us as approved returns by our customer service staff to qualify for a refund. If these requirements are met, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping fee and any return shipping fees.

Product damage does not include damage to the product packaging or box. We only accept returns for natural product damage or defects. If there is evidence of obvious user abuse, we reserve the right to deny claims regarding product defects.

Package Returned by Postal Service or Courier:

Packages returned to us by the postal service due to delivery failure, unclaimed packages, or packages rejected by the recipient for any reason are not eligible for returns. Therefore, based on our discretion, it may not qualify for a refund of the product cost. If the package is returned to us by the postal service due to delivery failure or unclaimed, or if the recipient refuses delivery for any reason, we will not cover the shipping cost. This is because if the item is returned, we will be responsible for the international shipping fees of your return order.
