Refund Policy

For Pre-orders

Due to the nature of limited quantity, our responsibility for pre-orders is significantly higher compared to mass-produced items. However, DCTer can process refunds for you free of charge (excluding any transaction fees imposed by payment processors, which we are unable to waive).

 

For orders in "Processing" status

If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier within 24 hours of payment, we accept customer requests for order cancellation. Therefore, please carefully check your order status before contacting us for processing.

 

For orders in "Shipped to Carrier" status

Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service, info@dcter-studio.com does not have direct authority to modify customer order information. After order shipment, we cannot process cancellations, changes in delivery address or recipient information, delivery delays, or any other related issues.

 

For orders in "Order Received" status

If you have received the product and wish to request a refund, please first review the conditions for accepting/not accepting refunds in the "30-Day Exchange and Refund Policy" before deciding to apply for a refund. DCTer does not cover any fees charged by your credit card company or PayPal during the refund process. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders canceled due to any reason (including but not limited to manufacturer cancellation, inventory shortage, or release date delay) before payment is made, DCTer is unable to provide any form of cash compensation.

 

30-Day Exchange and Refund Policy

From the moment the product is "Delivered to Your Home," you will have 30 days to contact us with any complaints or requests for refunds or returns. We will not address any issues beyond the 30-day period.

Applicable to Returns: You have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return. You can return the purchased product for either of the following reasons: if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, please review your order and contact us immediately.

Refund Requests: We will process refund requests and claims within 30 days from the date of receiving them.

We only accept damage resolution or refund/return requests when customers provide a video of the unboxing process (capturing the moment you start opening and inspecting the internal items) and as many detailed pictures as possible. It is your responsibility to actively research and update yourself on the import conditions of the country/region you reside in.

"Delivered to Your Home": The time when the carrier declares that the goods have been delivered to your home. Not when you open the packaging.

We will not accept your return and refund for the following reasons:

  • The product has been used.
  • For "personal reasons" such as changing your mind, not liking the product, or the product not suiting your preferences.
  • The product is not sold on the Japanese figures market.
  • Perishable goods with a short shelf life (less than 2 months), perishable products (food, flowers, or plants), and personalized products.
  • We do not accept returns due to allergies. Please contact us to check the product's ingredients before making a purchase.
